Above and Beyond Caregiver Recognition Program

Every day, caregivers make a meaningful difference. With compassion and dedication, caregivers help to ensure that loved ones, friends and neighbours can continue to live safely at home.
To coincide with National Caregiver Day, Ontario Health atHome’s Above and Beyond Caregiver Recognition Program recognizes, celebrates and supports caregivers who make it possible for people to live their lives in their communities despite the impacts of age, illness or disability.
The 2027 Above and Beyond Caregiver Recognition Program is now live –
