Please refer to the Health Partner Gateway (HPG) Reference Guide for Health Partners – ‘Introduction and Common Functions’ for an overview of HPG. Also note that while HPG still uses Ontario Health at Home (OHaH)’s former ‘LHIN’ name, the Reference Guides generally use the current ‘OHAH’ name, but will use the term ‘LHIN’ where it applies specifically to a label in the HPG system.
