Module 1 – HPG Introduction and Common Functions
The Health Partner Gateway (HPG) provides a single solution to securely exchange health information between Ontario Health at Home (OHaH) and its health partners. It was built to interoperate with longer term e-Health initiatives and to enable Health Partner access to client health information held within OHAH tools and applications such as the Client Health and Related Information System (CHRIS).
